They seek their transfer or posting within District-Almora. Their candidature has not been considered. The petitioner had already given a representation, which has yet not been decided. He would submit that directions may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider the representation within a time bound manner. Learned State Counsel gives a statement that the representation that may be given by the petitioners shall be decided within four weeks. The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to make a representation within a period of a week to the respondent authorities, with further directions to the respondent authorities that if such a representation is made, it shall be decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
