Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order of mutation was passed by the respondent No.2 in favour of the 2 respondent No.4 on 2-1-2019, which has been challenged by the petitioner by filing an appeal before the respondent No.3/Appellate Committee, Municipal Corporation, Raipur, but till date the same has not been considered and decided and the same is pending consideration since last more than one year. Learned counsel would seek a direction towards the respondent No.3 to decide the said pending appeal within a stipulated period. 2. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the Corporation, on instructions, would submit that if the appeal of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent No.3, the same shall be considered and decided. 3. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents. 4. Considering the submissions made by both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3/Appellate Committee to consider and decide the pending appeal of the petitioner, in accordance with law and on its own merits, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 30 days, if the same has not been decided till date. 5.
