By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 3 to complete the investigation in accordance with provisions of section 173 of Cr.P.C./193 of B.N.S.S. and submit the report before the concerned Magistrate, in accordance with law. 10.2 To kingly grant any other relief which may be deem fit in the given facts and circumstances of the instant case.” 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the accused has been arrested in the present case and he has been confined in the judicial custody. So far as investigation in the case is concerned, the same would be concluded shortly. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the State, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer (respondent No.3) of the case to conclude the investigation within a period of three weeks and submit police report before the Magistrate concerned accordingly.
