ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: <…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in harassing the petitioners by requiring them to attend the police station though petitioners were not involved in any offence and no crime has been registered and also preventing him from attending his works, as illegal arbitrary, unjust, without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14, 19(1)(g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner by requiring him to attend the 4th respondent police station.…=
2. Heard Sri Sompaka Sharat Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent- police are calling the petitioners to the police station without there being any crime registered against them.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of one Kondaveeti Sankara Rao, a case in Cr.No.219 of 2025 under Sections 326(e), 329(3), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNS of Thulluru Police Station, against the petitioners herein. He would further submit that regarding the above said crime only, the petitioners were called to the police station for the purpose of investigation.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which has been registered against the petitioners. No order as to costs.
