Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petition has been preferred seeking direction for fair and impartial investigation of FIR No.31/2025 registered with Police Station Kotwali, District Baran, but after investigation, Police has submitted final report hence, under these circumstances, this petition has become infructuous.
