ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: <…to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd to 5th respondents in interfering a civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 6 to 9 the land in Survey No. 195- 5Ward No. 13 an extent of Ac.0.22 1/4 cents situated within the corporation limits of Anantapur and without jurisdiction is illegal, arbitrary and violation of the principles of the natural justice and consequently direct the 3rd to 5th respondents not to interfere in a civil dispute.…=
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondents. He would further submit that in fact, both the parties approached the respondent-police, but as the matter is civil in nature, they have advised the parties to approach the competent Civil Court to resolve the issues.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. No order as to costs.
