GP FOR HOME (AP) The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.8559 of 2019 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to register an FIR pursuant to the complaint dated 17.06.2019 made by the petitioner against respondent Nos.4, 5, and others, and to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. 2. Heard Sri M. Kranthi Gireesh, learned counsel representing Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, and Sri R. Mallikarjuna Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the police registered a case in Crime No.192 of 2019 on 11.07.2019 on the file of Vatsavai Police Station, Krishna District, for the offences under Sections 420, 448, 427, and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, during the pendency of the writ petition. Hence, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. 4. The written instructions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader are placed on record. 5. In light of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the police have already registered a case during the pendency of the writ petition, no further orders are required. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed at the stage of admission, without going into the merits of the case. There shall be no order as to costs.
