From the perusal of the Death Certificate of Subhash Chandra Bhandari issued by the Government of Jharkhand, Department of Economics and Statistics, Municipal Corporation, Dhanbad, it appears that the petitioner namely Subhash Chandra Bhandari has died on 02.11.2024. 4. Under the circumstances, this Criminal Revision stands abated as the petitioner has already died on 02.11.2024. 5. Thus, This Criminal Revision No. 302 of 2017 stands disposed of. (Sanjay Prasad, J.)
