By way of this petition, the applicant has prayed for the following reliefs :- “(a) To quash and set aside the order of issuing Non Bailable Warrant by the 22nd Additional Senior Civil Judge & JMFC at Bhavnagar against the petitioner in Criminal Case No.8182 of 2015 at “Annexure-A”. (b) Pending admission, final hearing and disposal of this application, to stay the Non Bailable Warrant by the 22nd Additional Senior Civil Judge & JMFC at Bhavnagar against the petitioner in Criminal Case No.8182 of 2015 at “Annexure-A”.” 2. Learned advocate Mr. Aditya R. Gundecha, under instructions, states that the applicant is ready and willing to deposit 20% of the cheque amount without prejudice to the rights R/CR.MA/13249/2025 ORDER DATED: 09/07/2025 of the applicant before the concerned Court and would not object if the aforesaid amount is disbursed in favour of the original complainant. He also assures this Court that an undertaking to the above effect along with copy of receipt showing that the applicant has deposited 20% of the cheque amount with the concerned Court shall be filed with the Registry of this Court latest by 11.7.2025. 3. Having heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant and considering the fact that as the trial is pending, the applicant is hereby directed to deposit 20% of the cheque amount without prejudice to the rights of the applicant before the concerned Court and the concerned Court shall accept the same. The applicant is also directed to file an undertaking to the above effect along with copy of receipt showing that the applicant has deposited 20% of the cheque amount with the concerned Court with the Registry of this Court latest by 11.7.2025 and on these conditions, the Non-bailable Warrant issued against the applicant is converted into Non-bailable Warrant. 4. With the above direction, the present petition stands disposed of. In case if the undertaking as well as receipt as directed above are not produced before the Registry by 11.7.2025, Registry is directed to list the matter for orders on 14.7.2025. (NIRZAR S.
