1. This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: <…may be pleased a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the respondents to provide necessary police protection to the life and property of the petitioners in respect of Ac.5.26 cents of land situated at Vanapalli Village, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar onaseema District, in pursuance of the injunction order dated 20-03- 2025 in I.A. No. 247 of 2025 in O.S. No. 23 of 2018 b) Direct the respondents to take immediate action on the complaint lodged on 13-07- 2025 against the accused persons for criminal trespass, theft, intimidation, and violation of court orders..=
2. Heard Sri Makireddy Manoj, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for official respondents and Sri Karre Satyanandam, learned counsel for unofficial respondents. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that petitioners filed civil suit for partition and permanent injunction in O.S.No.23 of 2018 and the court granted interim injunction in their favour. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that basing on the complaint of the petitioners, a case has been registered against unofficial respondents in Cr.No.192 of 2022 for the offences under sections 447, 427, 506 read with 34 IPC in Kothapeta Police Station. 5. In that view, this petition is disposed of.
However, respondent/ police shall look into the grievance of the petitioners and take appropriate measures in the light of the interim orders passed by the court. However, it
