This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in allotting the house sites under the scheme <Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu= and also constructing Village Secretariat in the land classified as Cheruvu Poromboku, Grama Kantam and Burial Ground in Survey Nos.403 and 404 of Bommavaram Revenue of B-Agraharam Village, Ananthasagaram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject land in Sy.No.403 discloses as per the adangal dated 17.02.2020 that, it is a Government land, being used as graveyard and another extent in Sy.No.404 is shown as per the adangal dated 03.08.2020 that it is a Cheruvu tank in the column No.15. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities concerned will follow the due procedure with respect to the subject land. 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, if the subject land was not already utilized by now for the above said public purpose of housing scheme, the respondent Nos.3 to 8 are directed to deal with the subject land in Sy.Nos.403 and 404 of Bommavaram Revenue of B-Agraharam Village, 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.16228 of 2020 Ananthasagaram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
