This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“....…to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents herein in not releasing the admitted bill amounts of Rs.8,63,505/- vide Agreement No.1015/2018-19, Rs.9,09,783/- vide Agreement No.406/2018-19, Rs.9,11,069/- vide Agreement No.407/2018-19, Rs.8,99,514/- vide Agreement No.408/2018-19, Rs.9,09,513/- vide Agreement No.405/2018-19, Rs.9,19,022/- vide Agreement No. 1017/2018- 19, Rs.9,03,022/- vide Agreement No.459/2018-19, Rs.9,17,357/- vide Agreement No.400/2018-19, Rs.8,99,988/- vide Agreement No.437/2017-18, Rs.9,15,559/- vide Agreement No.399/2018-19, despite successful completion of the works executed by the petitioner in terms of Agreements under Neeru Chettu Programme even after finalizing the bills ans\d uploading them in CFMS, in spite of repeated requests is illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein forthwith to release and pay the aforesaid amounts along with interest @24 % p.a and pass....”
2. Today, when the matter is came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that pending writ petition, the admitted amounts has already been paid to the petitioner. 3. Recording the said submissions, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
