This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: <…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring above acts of the respondent No.3 and 4 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art 19(1)(g) and 14, 16 and 21 and 300A of constitution of India and also direct the respondent No.2 to 4 not to harass the Petitioners by calling and summoning the petitioners to the police station nor in any mode in connection with civil disputes between the petitioners and the said K.Sowjanya W/o K.J.Hemanth Kumar (wife of respondent No.5) and also direct the respondent No.2 to 4 not to interfere in civil disputes between the petitioners and K.Sowjanya W/o K.J.Hemanth Kumar (wife of respondent No 5)…=
2. Heard Sri R.Abishek Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Police are calling the petitioners to the Police Station to settle the civil dispute between the petitioners and unofficial respondent.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that no crime has been registered against the petitioners and that they are not calling the petitioner to the Police Station or interfering in the civil dispute.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties except under due process of law. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
