ORDER:
1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: <…to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondent No 2 and 3 to complete the investigation and to file charge sheet/final report in FIR/Crime No. 195 of 2017 dated .26- 09-2017 on the file of 3rd respondent authorities is highly illegal arbitrary and violation of Art 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and also violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondent No 2 and 3 to complete the proper investigation against Respondent 4 and to file charge sheet/final report in FIR /Crime No 195 of 2017 dated 26-09- 2017 on the file of 3rd respondent authorities in accordance with law=.
2. Heard Sri Kadhir Vali Shaik, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that there is no progress in investigation and the police have not filed the charge sheet in Cr.No.195 of 2017, dated 26.09.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 506 IPC of Women Police Station of Guntur Urban District.
Learned counsel further submits that there shall be a direction to the police to conclude the investigation in this matter.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents seeks time to get instructions.
5. Since, it is an old matter, it is apposite to dispose of the writ petition. However, the police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report, if not filed by this day, before appropriate court in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
