1. This contempt petition has been preferred by the applicants under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for disobeying the order passed by this Court dated 06/12/2023 passed in WPS No. 9309/2023, relevant portion of the said order reads as under :-
“Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of Counsel appearing for the parties, the instant petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioners to file a fresh representation/s before Respondents No.3 & 8 raising all grounds which they mentioned in the instant petition along with a copy of this petition within two weeks from today and after filing such representation/s Respondents No.3 & 8 in tum are
directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of receipt of such representation/s in accordance with relevant rules and law.”
2. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that the order/direction of this Court has been complied with and in support thereof place on record
order dated 03/02/2025.
3. Perusal of the order 03/02/2025 shows that the representations of the
3 applicants have been decided by the respondent/Mission Director.
4. In view of above, the order under contempt has been complied with, the contempt petition as of now stands disposed of, if at all, the applicants are aggrieved by the subsequent order, they would be at liberty to assail the same by way of appropriate petition. Sd/-
