This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioners for the following relief: <to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus Respondent in not disposing of the declaring the action of the 3rd Petitioners appeal filed on 25.05.2023 seeking revoke the Pattdar Pass Books, Title Deed, Adangal and 1- B, in the revenue record of agricultural land situated at Sy Nos. 188/4 to an extenet of Ac. 1.72 cents of Mangalampeta Village, Pulicherla Mandal, Chittoor District as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 3rd Respondents to dispose of the appeal filed on 25.05.2023 seeking revoke the Pattdar Pass Books, Title Deed, Adangal and 1-B, in the revenue record of agricultural land situated at Sy Nos. 188/4 to an extenet of Ac. 1.72 cents of Mangalampeta Village, Pulicherla Mandal, Chittoor District and to pass such….=

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners preferred an appeal dated 25.05.2023 before the 3rd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer seeking revocation of the Pattadar Passbooks, Title Deed, and Adangal 1-B in the revenue records pertaining to agricultural land in Sy. No. 188/4, admeasuring Ac. 1.72 cents, situated at Mangalampeta Village, Pulicherla Mandal, Chittoor District. It is stated that the 3rd respondent, vide letter dated 26.10.2024, addressed to the 4th respondent calling for a report. However, the 4th respondent has not taken any steps pursuant thereto. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 4. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the appeal preferred by the petitioners on 25.05.2023 before the 3rd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer will be duly considered, and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, and upon perusal of the material placed on record, this

Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to submit a report pursuant to the letter dated 26.10.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer shall consider and dispose of the appeal dated 25.05.2023, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, respondent Nos. 5 to 9, and any other stakeholders, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
