The orders impugned dated 26.09.2024 and 24.01.2024 both passed by the Board of Revenue, Rajasthan, Ajmer, are quashed and set aside. 2. The “kurejat report” dated 13.07.2022 is quashed and set aside as well as the consequential orders passed thereupon. 3. The matter is remanded back for preparation of fresh “kurejat report” taking into consideration the directions issued by the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Bansur, District Alwar vide its order dated 21.12.2020 in Application No.23/2017.
