The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 146 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 20, 21(b), 22(b), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Hazaribagh. 3. On 11.11.2024, Ichak Police, apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused Rahul Kumar from a place behind Surya Temple, Ichak. On search, 78 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that the quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at Paragraph-15 of this Bail Application. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Hazaribagh in connection with Ichak P.S.
