1. The appellant has filed this appeal seeking following relief :-

“It is therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court be pleased to allow the appeal and set-aside the award dated 25-09- 2024 (Annexure A-1), in the ends of justice.”
2. The appellant/owner preferred an appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (for short “Act, 1988”), but she failed to deposit mandatory amount as required under the Act, 1988. Further the office has granted sufficient time to deposit the said amount, but the appellant failed to deposit the same.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the appellant failed to deposit the mandatory amount. Accordingly, this appeal is hereby dismissed on this count alone. Sd Sd/-
