The above contempt case has been filed complaining about the non- implementation of the order dated 23.07.2024, passed I.A.No.1 of 2024 in W.P.No.15569 of 2024. 2. Heard Sri S.V.S.S. Sivaram, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Ms Vijayeswari, learned counsel representing Smt. Sushma Yaganti, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. The petitioner filed W.P.No.15569 of 2024 complaining of the action of respondents 2 to 5 in not allowing the petitioner to discharge her duties as VOA of Sri Durga Bhavani Mahila Paraspara Sahaya Sahakara Gramasangam, wherein an interim order was passed on 23.07.2024 in I.A.No.1 of 2024, directing the respondents 2 to 5 not to interfere with the petitioner’s discharge of duties as VOA of the aforementioned sangam. 4. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that the petitioner made a representation dated 27.07.2024, along with a copy of the interim order dated 23.07.2024, to respondents 2 to 5. However, the respondents are not allowing the petitioner to discharge duties as VOA. 5. A counter affidavit was filed on behalf of respondent No.2. It was pleaded that the Society conducted a General Body meeting on 28.07.2024 and elected one Chintu Sulochana as VOA.

6. A copy of the resolution dated 28.07.2024 was handed over to the
learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar on 19.09.2025.
7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 23.07.2024 passed I.A.No.1 of 2024 in W.P.No.15569 of 2024, and accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. No
order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
