The challenge in this writ petition is made to the order dated 08.03.2002, passed in Case No.82/225 of 2001-02, Mudit Kumar vs. State, by the court of Assistant Record Officer/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar as well as order dated 22.05.2003, passed in Appeal No.52/100 of 2001-2002, Mudit Kumar vs. State of Uttaranchal, by the court of Additional District Magistrate (Nazul), Udham Singh Nagar.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

In fact, it is admitted case of the petitioner that he had challenged the impugned orders earlier in WPMS No.1281 of 2005, which was dismissed on 26.09.2008.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that prayer no.2 for regularization the land in favour of the petitioner was not earlier, which is mandatory.

Be that as it may, successive petitions may not be filed challenging the same impugned orders. Therefore, instant petition
2 may not be entertained. Accordingly, the writ petition deserves to be dismissed at the stage of admission itself.

The petition is dismissed in limine.
