The present criminal writ application is being filed for a direction commanding the respondents to conclude the Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1071 of 2025(3) dt.26-06-2025 2/2 investigation arising out of Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024 for the offences under sections 126(2), 115(2), 103, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 after conducting proper investigating the case so that the accused persons may be punished for their wrong . 3. Pursuant to the order dated 17.06.2025, the SHO of Vijayepur Police Station, Gopalganj has appeared. He submits that the investigation has been completed and final form has been submitted. 4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take proper and legal steps as per the law available to him. 5.
