This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly a Writ of 'Mandamus' declaring the in action of the Respondents No. 3 and 4 in implementing the orders passed by 3rd respondent dated 23.02.2021 concerning the land in S.No. 205/A2 extent 0.14 acrs, S.No. 205/C2 extent 2.36 acrs, S.No. 206/A extent 0.21 acrs, and S.No. 206/C extent 0.49 acrs total admeasuring 3.20 acrs in Chilakaiadona Village, Mantralayam Mandal of Kurnool District and consequently direct the Respondent No. 3 and 4 to implement the orders passed by the 3rd respondent

proceedings dated 23.02.2021 in respect of the land admeasuring 3.20 acers, in the aforesaid survey numbers”

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that based on complaint given by the petitioner, police have registered a case in Crime No.138 of 2021 of Mantralayam Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 188 and 447 read with 34 IPC.
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
