At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the charge sheet was not filed within stipulated time period under the BNSS, the trial Court has granted default bail to the applicant. 3. In view of the above, learned State counsel shall communicate the concerned Superintendent of Police about the order passed in this bail application. The concerned Superintendent of Police is also directed to make suitable enquiry against the erring Investigating OfÏcer as to why the charge sheet has not been filed within stipulated time. If any negligence is found on the part of concerned ofÏcer, appropriate disciplinary enquiry must be initiated against him. 4.
