Heard Sri Amancharla V.Gopala Rao, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are indulging in business activities of the petitioner firm by issuing a notice under section 91 CrPC relating to Cr.No.40 of 2021 and Cr.No.343 of 2021 on the file of 3rd respondent and no crime is registered against the petitioner firm. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of unofficial respondents, the police issued a notice under section 91 CrPC relating to Cr.No.40 of 2021 and Cr.No.343 of 2021 for the purpose of investigation and the police never interfered with the business activities of the petitioner.
