The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu (Bhadaninagar) P.S. Case No. 244/2024 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 29/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 70(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarhs. 3. On 24.09.2024, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have gang raped the daughter of the informant. 4. It was submitted that there is delay of five days in lodging of the F.I.R. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the accused persons had threatened the victim of dire consequences if she disclosed about the occurrence to anyone. 6.
