Mrs. Archana Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.2 is present. Learned counsel for respondent no.2 informs that the matter with respect to claim of 12091 candidates who had appeared in the matter regarding selections for the post of Assistant Teacher has travelled up to the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Similarly situated petitioners had approached this Court by means of filing writ petition, in which the leading petition being Writ- A No.17129 of 2023 (Vinay Kumar Pandey And 9 Others vs. State Of U.P. And 2 Others) which was allowed by order dated 12.1.2024 and against the aforesaid, an Special Appeal No.175 of 2024 (State of U.P. And Another vs. Vinay Kumar Pandey And 10 Others) was filed and the Division Bench of this Court has allowed the said appeal filed by the State, dismissing the claim of the petitioner, stating that all the appointments have been done in supervision of the directions as issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court. The Special Leave Appeal No.9896 of 2024 (Vinay Kumar Pandey & Ors. vs. Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad & Ors.) against the aforesaid has also been dismissed vide order dated 16.4.2024.
