Mr.S.P.Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, the authorities including the Gram Sabha are wrongfully seeking to construct water tank on land of his client. They have demolished the structure standing thereon. His client had made representation dated 20th March, 2025 to the District Magistrate but instead of dealing with it, the demolition was made. He seeks interference. 2. Mr. Ansari, learned advocate Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. None appears on behalf of the Gram Sabha on revised call. 3. Respondent no.2 is directed to consider petitioners' representation dated 20th March, 2025. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation to said respondent. Decision taken on the representation be informed to petitioner. Till two weeks after the decision is informed to petitioner there will be status quo in respect of the construction, to be maintained. 4. The writ petition is disposed of..
