GP FOR REVENUE THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.23667 of 2025 ORDER:- Shorn of all unnecessary facts asserted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the specific case of the petitioner is that petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject land. He has submitted F-Line application bearing No.FS011800088826, dated 02.12.2018, through online, for conducting survey, sub-division, demarcation and fixation of boundaries of his land i.e. Ac.0.19 cents in Sy.No.133/2 of Nandigama Village and Mandal, Srikakulam District, and in order to avoid disputes with the neighbouring land owners. However, the respondent-authorities went on postponing the survey. Despite the petitioner’s persistent requests, the inaction of the respondent authorities in processing the petitioner F-Line application has constrained him to approach this Court. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that as the F-Line application submitted by the petitioner is of the year 2018, the petitioner may be directed to submit a fresh application and the same may be considered in accordance with law. 3. Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of case, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh F-Line application for conducting survey, sub- division and fixing of boundaries of the petitioner’s subject land. On filing such application, the respondents are directed to consider the same by issuing notice to all concerned/interested persons, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
