By way of the present writ petition, the petitioners have assailed the order dated 02.07.2025, whereby his application filed under Order 8 Rule 1A(3) CPC, has been rejected for taking the documents on record and the order dated 01.09.2025, whereby the review petition has also been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners wanted to bring on record, the call recordings between the parties which happened during the mediation process, there- fore, they are relevant for the purpose of decision of the suit and ought to have been permitted to be taken on record. 3. Heard. 4. This Court finds that the conversation between the parties during the process of mediation, cannot form the basis or evidence for disposal of the suit. Therefore, no error or illegality has been committed by the learned Trial Court so as to call for any [2025:RJ-JP:48860] (3 of 3) [CW-16193/2025] interference under the writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 5.
