It IS submitted that although the said case is of the year 2023, till date there is no progress, hence he prays to direct the Court below to dispose of the said Sessions Case as expeditiously as possible. 4. This Court, without going into the merits of the case and considering the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, is inclined to dispose of the criminal petition, directing the learned III Additional District Judge-cum-ACB Court-cum-Special Court for Sc & ST (POA) Act, Vijayawada, to dispose of SC.Spl.No.32 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 6.
