1. Since the issue involved in both the petitions are same, they are decided by the common order. 2. By way of these writ petitions, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the objection of the petitioner in pursuance to the gradation list published on 23.06.2004 10.2 Any other relief, which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier representation was dismissed only on this ground that the representation is lacking all the material details, as such, at this stage, the petitioners may be granted liberty to file a fresh detailed representation before the concerned respondent
3 authority and the same may be directed to be considered and decided. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are granted liberty to file a fresh detailed representation raising all his grievances and stating each and every aspect of the matter before the authorities concerned within a period of one week and, in turn, the concerned authorities are directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioners while passing appropriate orders in a pragmatic manner within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation, in accordance with law. 5.
