This Court, vide order dated 27.03.2024 passed in MCRC No. 2050 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Sanni Kant Soni had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Date: 2025.01.08 11:10:44 +0530 2 the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Sessions Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Balod, District - Balod (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 10.12.2024 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statement of four prosecution witnesses have already been recorded and statement of four witnesses are yet to be recorded, hence, he prays for some time for conclusion of the trial. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
