This Court, vide order dated -7.03.2024 passed in MCRC No. 943/2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Ajay Patel and Nitin Patel had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.01.08 11:30:57 +0530 2 passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raigarh, District - Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 02.09.2024, requested for and was granted a further period of three months time to conclude the trial. 4. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Raigarh, District - Raigarh (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 11.12.2024 again requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statement of one prosecution witness is yet to be recorded and due to his absence, the same could not be done. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
