3. A memo dated 17.02.2025 is filed by the learned counsel for the revisionist with the signatures of the revisionist and the de-facfo/complainant. The revisionist and the de-facto/complainant themselves submitted in the memo that they both have compromised the disputes among themselves and are living together and leading matrimonial life happily with their children who are studying B.Tech and Degree respective;u.
5. In view of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the matter has been compromised, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor reported no objection.
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case compromised. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand is
disposed of as closed.
