Petitioner has filed the present petition with the following prayers:- Wpcr 4 of 2025 2 “10.1) The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to this case from possession of the respondents for its kind perusal; 10.2) The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ, order, or direction commanding the respondent authorities to take proper action/effective step for search of the missing person Kalyan Hazra (the son of the petitioner); 10.3) Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.” 2. IA-1 of 2025, application for withdrawal of writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner’s son namely Kalyan Hazra has already been recovered by the Police, and therefore, he wants to withdraw the instant writ petition. 4.
