By the present petition, the petitioners pray for the following reliefs: i) This Hon'ble Court be kindly pleased to Call for entire records pertaining to the matter of dependent employment the Petitioner No.1. ii) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the impugned order/letter dated 03.12.2024 passed by the Respondent No.3. (Annexure P-1). iii) This Hon'bie Court be pleased to direct the Respondents to grant the Petitioner No.1 dependent employment under the National Coal Wage Agreement. iv) Heavy Cost may kindly be imposed on the Respondents and the same may kindly be awarded to the petitioners. v) Any other relief/reliefs, order/orders, direction/directions and writ/writs as may be deemed fit by the Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly submit that the issue regarding succession is pending before the concerned competent jurisdictional civil Court and as such the present petition may be disposed of by directing the respondent/SECL to decide the present issue only after passing of the orders by the learned competent jurisdictional civil Court with regard to the succession. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed of directing the respondent SECL to consider the issue only after orders passed by the learned competent jurisdictional civil Court with regard to the succession. 4.
