That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside of the impugned transfer order dated 1.10.2024 ANNEXURE P/1 issued by the respondent No.2 in respect of petitioner and allow the petitioner to continue at present place of posting till completing of 5 years. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner ANNEXURE P/5 within stipulated period. 10.3 Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in the present petition the territorial jurisdiction would lies before the High Court of Jharkhand, as such, he is seeking permission to withdraw this petition. 4. Upon due consideration, this petition is dismissed as per prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner in lack of territorial jurisdiction. 5.
