By the said communication, the petitioner’s request for an electricity connection was rejected and hence the petitioner is before this Court. 3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on written instructions, submitted that the petitioner has to execute an Indemnity bond and also pay a double security deposit.
