2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bano P.S. Case No. 45/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega.
3. On 07.09.2024, dead body of the mother of the informant was recovered from a place near Karnarwa Jhariadeepa, Chhotu Bazar. She was hacked to death.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that during the course of investigation, co-accused Oliver Samad was apprehended and the axe which was used in committing the murder of the deceased was recovered from his possession. He further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused Oliver Samad.
5. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sinha, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Simdega in connection with Bano P.S. Case No. 45/2024.
