The present application has been filed by the Petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, inter alia, seeking waiver of the pre-deposit of 2.5% of the total personal penalty amounting to Rs. 1,12,000/, out of the mandatory pre-deposit of 10% in respect of Petitioner9s appeal. 3. Vide a detailed order dated 21st July, 2025, the Court had disposed of the present writ petition rejecting the prayer for waiver ofthe pre-deposit amount. 4. However, the submission of ld. Counsel for the Petitioner is that the Petitioner is almost in a state of penury and is unable to even bear the legal expenses. 5. Under these circumstances, in the extraordinary facts of this case, the remaining pre-deposit is reduced to Rs.25,000/- instead of Rs.1,12,000/-. This is a digitally signed order.
