This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure / under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Vishal @ Nagu, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 596 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Nichlaul, District Maharajganj. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the bail application has been filed with incomplete documents since only the bail rejection order and the first information report have been annexed. He submits that he shall be procuring the other relevant documents and be filing a better bail application. He further submits that the present bail application be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a better petition. 5. As prayed, present bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
