1. Heard Neeraj Kumar Mehta along with Mr. Bishwajit Manna,
learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S.S. Baghel, learned Panel Lawyer for the respondents / State. 2. The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:-
“(a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing to Consolidate/Club/Amalgamate all the known FIRs as mentioned in Paragraph 8.10 of the Writ Petition as also as unknown FIRs, registered against the Petitioner in the State of Chhattisgarh into Gandhinagar Police Station Case No 261/2019 dated 8.11.2019 now pending before the court of the Learned Special Judge, Ambikapur or transfer the same to the court of Competent Jurisdiction at Raipur for early conclusion of trial; (b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing to Consolidate/Club/Amalgamate all the unknown and Future FIRs, that might be registered against the Petitioner in the State of Chhattisgarh into Gandhinagar Police Station Case No 261/2019 dated 8.11.2019 now pending before the court of the Learned Special Judge, Ambikapur or transfer the same to the court of Competent Jurisdiction at Raipur for early conclusion of trial; (c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing to
3 Consolidate/Club/Amalgamate all the Charge Sheets filed in the known FIRs as mentioned in Paragraph 8.10 of the Writ Petition, registered against the Petitioner as Supplementary Charge Sheets into the Charge sheet of Gandhinagar Police Station Case No 261/2019 dated 8.11.2019 now pending before the court of the Learned Special Judge, Ambikapur or transfer the same to the court of Competent Jurisdiction at Raipur for early conclusion of trial (d) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing to Consolidate/Club/ Amalgamate all the trials in known FIRs as mentioned in Paragraph 8.10 of the Writ Petition, initiated against the Petitioner into the Gandhinagar Police Station Case No 261/2019 dated 8.11.2019 now pending before the court of the Learned Special Judge, Ambikapur or transfer the same to the court of Competent Jurisdiction at Raipur for early conclusion of trial; (e) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing to Consolidate/Club/Amalgamate all the unknown and future unknown trials that might be initiated against the Petitioner to Gandhinagar Police Station Case No 261/2019 dated 8.11.2019 now pending before the court of the Learned Special Judge, Ambikapur or transfer the same to the court of Competent Jurisdiction at Raipur for early conclusion of trial; (f) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and his subordinates to ensure protection of life of the petitioner during the course of trial.
(g) and/or pass such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. (h) Pending hearing and final disposal of the instant application the petitioner be granted interim relief of no coercive action against the petitioner in the FIRS as mentioned in Paragraph 8.10 of the Writ Petition as also as unknown and further FIRs, registered against the Petitioner in the State of Chhattisgarh. 4 (i) And/or to such order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this present petition with liberty to take recourse to law.
4. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law.
