This is an application for modification of the order dated 29.07.2025 passed in ABLAPL No.8378 of 2025. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the name of the Court “S.D.J.M, Khurda” has been inadvertently reflected in Paragraphs-4 and 5 of the order dated 29.07.2025 as “S.D.J.M., Panposh”. Hence, the Petitioners are not able to take steps in terms of the order so passed. 3. In view of the same, “S.D.J.M., Panposh” mentioned in Paragraphs-4 and 5 of the order dated 29.07.2025 be read as “S.D.J.M, Khurda”. 4. The period for surrender of the Petitioners is extended for a further period of three weeks from today. 5. Rest part of the order dated 29.07.2025 remains unaltered. 6.
