It is also found from the record that the revisional application was dismissed for default at the motion stage. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on the particular date the revisional application was dismissed for default on account of late reaching of the learned counsel, on call. Considered the submission. Prayer is allowed. The revisional application being CRR 4899 of 2024 stands restored to its original file and number. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. 2 Re. CRR 4899 of 2024 The petitioner is directed to serve notice upon the opposite party No.2 through speed post with A/D and file affidavit of service on the returnable date.
