GP FOR HOME 2 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 9384/2021 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the Respondent Police in not registering the FIR on the Petitioner's Complaints dated 21/08/2019 and 23/08/2019 informing about the offences committed under Sections 120-B, 324, 351 of IPC and Sections 2 and 3 of the Preventions of Insults to National Honour Act 1971, occurred on 15/08/2019 and investigating the crime and file report by following the procedure contemplated under the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 as illegal, contrary to law, violative of principles of natural justice and Articles 14, 19 (g), 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent Police to forthwith register the FIR and conduct investigation and file charge sheet/ final report under Section 173 of the Code before the concerned court and pass…” 2. None represented on behalf of the Petitioner. The present Writ Petition is of the year 2021. It appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the Writ Petition. 3.
