2. counsel for the petitioner submits that in the month of December, 2024, the Government has recognized that the Hotel business also comes under Industry and, since the grievance raised in the Writ petition has been resolved, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. In view of the said reason, permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall 130 no order as to costs.
