In the application, it has been submitted that the bid was submitted by M/S S.S. Joint Venture, whereas the writ petition has been filed by one of the partners, namely, M/S Sanjiv Structures Pvt. Ltd. It has been further submitted that due the formal defect in filing the writ petition, the petitioner intends to file a fresh writ petition after withdrawal of the present writ petition. 2. In view of the submissions made at the bar and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open for the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on same cause of action.
