The petitioners has filed this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.570/2025 registered at Police Station Kotwali Jhalawar, District Jhalawar for offence under Sections 8, 20, 30 of NDPS Act. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that recovered contraband from the present petitioners cannabis (charas) 16.04 grams which is below the commercial quantity. He argued that co-accused Rajesh Kumar has been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate bench of this Court on [2025:RJ-JP:46654] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-13697/2025] 26.09.2025. He again submits that the petitioners are behind the bars since 12.09.2025 charge-sheet has been filed. Though there are four cases of other nature pending against the petitioners but in all those cases they have been granted bail. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody and the bail application of the petitioners may be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 6. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Shahrukh Alias Sannaata S/o Jamaluddin and Siraj Ahmed S/o Mohammed Hussain be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
