Upon coming up this matter for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors has produced copy of order dated 16.10.2024 and would submit that pursuant to the judgment dated 25.04.2019, non compliance of which has been complained in the instant petition, stands implemented and the petitioner appointed as Rehbar-e-Taleem under SSA scheme in place of the candidate namely, Smt. Jyoti Sambyal previously appointed,. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors would submit that the petitioner in pursuance of the said order of appointment, has joined as well on 17.10.2024 and would produce copy of the said joining report. Both the aforesaid documents are taken on record. 3. Having regard to the judgment and order whereunder the instant contempt petition has arisen as well as the aforesaid statement of the counsel for the respondents/contemnors, coupled with order of 62 2 CCP(S) No. 287/2023 engagement dated 16.10.2024 including the joining report dated 17.10.2024, the respondents/contemnors seemingly have complied with the judgment and order. 4. In these circumstances, contempt notice is recalled and contempt proceedings are closed.
